Vaccination Week in the Americas

Between April 25 and May 2, 2020, the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) and its partners will celebrate the 18th annual Vaccination Week in the Americas with the slogan “Love. Trust. Protect. #GetVax.” This year’s campaign wants to bring to mind the love people have for their children, themselves, and their communities; the trust in vaccines´ ability to save lives; and the protection they provide from diseases for everyone, everywhere.

Are you fully immunized?

As we endure this global pandemic of COVID-19, healthcare workers  please ensure that you are fully vaccinated for other viruses still circulating such influenza. The Health Policy, Research and Planning Department of the North West Regional Health Authority celebrates Vaccination Week in the Americas from April 25 to May 2, 2020.   You are loved and trusted and it is of utmost importance that you are protected from any and all diseases such as measles, hepatitis and influenza. Moms and dads this is for you too. Get your family fully immunized, as you love your children and they trust you to protect them. We all must do our part to end current outbreaks and protect our communities.
