Rainbow Chow – makes about 10-12 servings

Ingredients : 8 large mangoes (sliced) 4 granny smith apples (sliced) 3 limes (juiced) 4 cucumbers (sliced) 1 lb purple seedless grapes (cut into halves) 4 pomerac (sliced) 3 cups baby spinach 15 large leaves shadon beni 1 pod garlic (peeled) salt, black pepper and hot pepper to taste
Steps :
Step 1
Grind baby spinach, shadon beni and garlic in chopper, add to fruits and veggies.
Step 2
Then, add lime juice, salt, black pepper and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Chill in your refrigerator for an hour, then add to cooler. Continue enjoying the LIME!

Fruits and veggies can differ, ensure to choose variety of colors, eg. blue/purple, red, green, orange, yellow & white.
