Greek Yogurt Cucumber Salad – makes about 8 servings

Ingredients  :  1 cup low fat greek yogurt 2 tsp garlic salt 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar 5 large cucumbers (chopped) 2 small red onions (sliced) salt & pepper to taste

Steps :

Step 1
Whisk the yogurt, garlic salt, vinegar, salt and pepper until well combined.

Step 2
Add it to the cucumbers and onions and gently stir to coat well.

Step 3
Chill in your refrigerator for an hour, add to cooler.

Step 4
Serve alongside Pelau instead of traditional cole slaw or potato salad. Time to LIME!
