To Prepare Stuffing:
- Mince carrots, cabbage, tomato, onion, garlic, pimiento, chive, thyme, pepper sauce and salt
- Heat oil in saucepan
- Add masala and curry powder. Stir and cook for about one minute
- Add geera. Cook one more minute
- Add minced ingredients. Mix.

Ingredients : 4 medium caraillie ½ teaspoon pepper sauce ½ raw medium carrot ½ teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons chopped, raw cabbage 1 teaspoon vegetable oil 1 small tomato 1 teaspoon amchar masala 1 small onion 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 large clove 2 tablespoons water ½ pimiento 1 teaspoon ground geera ½ stalk chive 1 teaspoon soft margarine Sprig chive
Make a lengthwise slit in caraillie; remove seeds.
Simmer in lightly salted water for 10 minutes. Remove from water and drain.
Stuff caraillie. Dot with margarine.
Bake in a lightly greased baking dish for 15-20 minutes at 350F /180C
