Baked Stuffed Caraillie

To Prepare Stuffing:

  1. Mince carrots, cabbage, tomato, onion, garlic, pimiento, chive, thyme, pepper sauce and salt
  2. Heat oil in saucepan
  3. Add masala and curry powder. Stir and cook for about one minute
  4. Add geera. Cook one more minute
  5. Add minced ingredients. Mix.

Ingredients  :  4 medium caraillie ½ teaspoon pepper sauce ½ raw medium carrot ½ teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons chopped, raw cabbage 1 teaspoon vegetable oil 1 small tomato 1 teaspoon amchar masala 1 small onion 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 large clove 2 tablespoons water ½ pimiento 1 teaspoon ground geera ½ stalk chive 1 teaspoon soft margarine Sprig chive

Steps :

Step 1
Make a lengthwise slit in caraillie; remove seeds.

Step 2
Simmer in lightly salted water for 10 minutes. Remove from water and drain.

Step 3
Prepare stuffing.

Step 4
Stuff caraillie. Dot with margarine.

Step 5
Bake in a lightly greased baking dish for 15-20 minutes at 350F /180C
