Between 2006 and 2011, Wendy held senior administrative positions at RBM, Wellpoint and GHI, which provided a wealth of experience in healthcare operations, contracting/network development and hospital and provider relations.  While employed by Neighborhood Health Provider from 1996-2006, Ms. Black assisted in the development of key licensure documents, which help launch Neighborhood Heath Providers, a New York based Prepaid Health Services Plan, which later expanded its Medicaid Managed Care product to other lines of business, including Child Health Plus and Family Health Plus products.   During this same period, Ms. Black was employed by Royal Healthcare, a Management Services Organization and Business Processing Outsourcing company.  This MSO/BPO provided services to the government program market in the State of New York.
