Considering the size and demography of the country, the unorganized block will continue to play a vital role in this ecosystem. What people are expecting in the future is – a mechanism by which their health records can be available in central vault without having any dependencies over Doctors and hospitals. With awareness and education – people would play an important role in making UNHIN happen. Yes,this job would be done by UNHIN using decentralised blockchain technology.
But while diving into corruption in healthcare domain, what I doubt is, suppose a particular drug is prescribed at some price of some brand A (because doctor is making more profit with this brand) but other drug of same formulae is sold by some other brand B which is much cheaper than brand A. So in this scenario how will the people come out of this situation?
