Dr. Younesi is an accomplished healthcare executive, operator, physician leader and entrepreneur.  With over a decade of experience in the field of medicine and post-acute care, Dr. Younesi currently serves as a Medical Director in multiple nursing homes and assisted living facilities in the NYC area overseeing 6000 plus beds.  He is an affiliate of the New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center and Medysis Health Network.
His unique specialty focuses on establishing excellence in clinical operations, improving quality of care and achieving deficiency free regulatory reviews.  After obtaining his MD degree he completed his Internal Medicine residency at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center where he also served as chief resident during which time he was an integral part of developing the Palliative Care Initiative program.  His early career began as a Director of Palliative and Hospice Care department at Mount Sinai Health System in Queens.  At the same time, he founded his own PC with a network of multi-specialty clinicians.  Further advancing his career he then obtained an MBA degree from The New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
Dr. Younesi has since been involved in many healthcare related ventures serving as both an investor and founder.  He has established a reputation as a veteran of the post- acute care industry being instrumental in expanding and growing access to high quality post-acute care options that improve outcomes.
