The UNHIN Team Series: An interview with Kunal Khanna, Director Technology Development, New Fields Technologies
I’m excited to kick off the UNHIN Team Series with an interview with Kunal Khanna, one of the key leaders at New Fields Technologies, who’s been with the Firm almost from the beginning. He plays an important role in running the Firm and has a significant impact on our work.

He handles some of our important client accounts in the USA and serves as a key adviser to the UNHIN initiative. Even though he’s not working on the UNHIN directly, his guidance and leadership have played an important role in the UNHIN, and he was instrumental in getting us our first two hospitals in Punjab, India.

I feel really lucky that Kunal is on our team and am really proud of everything he has achieved. I am constantly amazed by how he’s growing as a technologist, a leader and an individual. I learn from him on a daily basis and feel that he is also such a great role model for youngsters who are starting their careers and entering the world of information technology.

We’ve known each other for several years now, so it was fun remembering the time we started our office in India, how we hired Kunal and following his journey as he grew within the firm, started to hire more people from his own college to build our team, came over to USA to play a leadership role for us here, got married recently, and continues to do great things for us.
