Tuna Patties – (2 to 3 servings)

Ingredients : 1 can tuna (in water) ¼ cup chopped onion ¼ cup chopped sweet pepper ¼ cup chopped tomatoes 2 tablespoons mayonnaise ¼ cup white breadcrumbs Flavourings: dried parsley, paprika, black pepper (to taste)
Preheat oven 375 degrees.
Drain water from tuna can, remove and add to a bowl.
Mix all ingredients except breadcrumbs. Form patties 2 to 3 patties and roll in breadcrumbs.
Place patties on oiled baking sheet or pan and bake for 30 minutes.
