Ingredients  :  1 lb. pumpkin 2 medium bananas 1 cup low fat milk ½ tsp. vanilla essence ¼ tsp. cinnamon ¼ tsp. nutmeg Ice- as desired

Steps :

Step 1
Peel, cube and steam pumpkin until tender. Let cool

Step 2
Blend together steamed pumpkin, banana, low fat milk, essence and spices with ice. Serve chilled.
