Ingredients  :  1 can (400 g) channa/chick Pea (rinsed) 2 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp. lemon juice 4 garlic cloves roasted 3/4 tsp. ground geera 1/4 tsp. salt

Steps :

Step 1
Add the channa, 2 tbsp. of water, the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, geera, and 1/4 tsp. of salt to a food processor.

Step 2
Process until smooth and creamy. If needed, add additional water to thin out the hummus. Store covered in the refrigerator.

Step 3
Serve with any chip above.
