Ingredients : Crust: 1 ½ cups oats 1/3 cup whole wheat flour 3 ripe, medium bananas (mashed) 1 tbsp. sugar Topping: ½ cup plain yogurt, ½ cup pineapple chunks ½ cup paw-paw cubes (firm) 1 large mango sliced ¼ cup shredded coconut
Steps :
Step 1
Preheat oven to 3750F /190oC.
Step 2
Mix oats, whole wheat flour, bananas and sugar in a bowl.
Step 3
Spread out mixture into the shape of a circle on a well-greased cookie sheet. Bake dough in oven for 15-20 minutes and let cool for 20 minutes on cooling rack.
Step 4
Once oatmeal crust is completely cooled, spread an even layer of yogurt and place fruit on top along with shredded coconut.
