Cauliflower Based Pizza

Ingredients : 1 1/2 pounds cauliflower rice/florets (fresh or frozen) 3 tablespoons ground chia or flax seeds 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour 1/2 Tsp. salt 1/2 Tsp. Garlic powder 1/2 Tsp. dried Oregano Vegetables of your choice (toppings)
Steps :
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 200 C
Step 2
Boil Cauliflower florets for 15 minutes , drain and place in food processor for 2 minutes
Step 3
Remove cauliflower, place in cheese cloth and squeeze to remove excess water
Step 4
Add dry cauliflower pulp to ground flax, whole wheat flour and seasonings. Mix well.
Step 5
Roll out crust to 1/4 inch thickness and place in oven for 25 mins
Step 6
Take pizza crust out and add your favorite vegetables, low fat cheese, meat, etc.
Step 7
Return to oven for 10 mins at 200 C to heat up
Step 8
Slice the Pizza
