Ingredients  :  1 tablespoon vegetable oil 2 cups mashed, cooked cassava 1 teaspoon chopped celery ¼ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon chopped chive 1 tablespoon grated carrots ¼ cup cornflakes crumbs

Steps :

Step 1
Grease baking tray with vegetable oil

Step 2
Mix all ingredients (except cornflakes) well with a fork

Step 3
Shape mixture into 12 balls and roll lightly with cornflakes crumbs

Step 4
Place on baking tray

Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes at 375F /190C
